This hot/cold sleeve has been so convenient to use for my chronic knee pain. I will never go back to those annoying ice packs with all the straps that never stay in place. The medium fits perfectly and stays in place while I can get things done around the house. It stays cold for a long time and is very comfortable to wear.

Love my hurt skirt I bought for my knee. I use it daily and it is comfortable to wear and love that it allows me to move about while icing. Works great on my knee swelling and pain!
