How does HurtSkurt work?

HurtSkurt uses compression technology to support muscles and joints while also allowing for hot or cold therapy. The sleeve can be placed in the freezer for cooling relief or microwaved for soothing heat, helping reduce swelling, inflammation, and discomfort.

Usage & Care

How do I heat or cool my HurtSkurt?

  • For cold therapy: Place the HurtSkurt in the freezer for at least 4 hours before use. Times will vary on the temperature of your freezer and the size of the HurtSkurt you are freezing.
  • For heat therapy: Microwave in 10-15 second increments until the desired temperature is reached. (Do not overheat!)

Can I wash my HurtSkurt?

Yes! Simply remove the gel packs from the HurtSkurt and wash warm and hang dry with your other performance based clothing.

How long does the hot/cold effect last?

HurtSkurt has been clinically proven to maintain a therapeutic temperature for more than 60 minutes and stay warm for about 20-30 minutes, depending on room temperature and use.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, but expedited options are available at checkout. Our warehouse is located in New Hampshire, so the closer you are to the Northeast, the quicker you will receive your standard shipping package. Our expedited shipping is 2-day.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your HurtSkurt, contact us for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
