I’m beyond impressed with is ice pack. I bought one over 4 years ago as I’ve had several knee surgeries prior to my total knee replacement, including having both medial meniscus cut out of both of my knees. So I’ve gone through my fair share of physical therapy for my knees. I think this ice pack is probably one of the most genius ice packs I’ve used. And this is coming from somebody who has more ice packs in my regular freezer and deep freezer then I do actual food. Coming from being a runner for many years and doing 12 half marathons among other smaller races, I have purchased my fair share of different types of ice packs in the past. What I love best about this one is its design and it keeps the knee cold for a fair amount of time. I have used this ice pack while driving from my house to my boyfriend‘s house which is a 45 minute drive and the ice pack was cold the entire time. That’s pretty impressive. Plus the way that the small gel packs are stitched in to allow for movement of your joints, whether it’s elbows or knees, or any other body part that you want to use this on. That’s the best part of the design of this ice pack. I’ve had many other wearable ice packs, but they have been two and three times as heavy or they fall down. And having that kind of weight on your knee when you’re already in pain is not preferable. I reached out to the company through their website and I got a quick response in dealing with an issue that I had on my first ice pack that they were happy to help me out and provide a resolution. You can’t ask for anything better than being able to have a company that is responsive like that and really went above and beyond. So if you’re looking for an ice pack that you wanna be able to wear and move around in and have good cold therapy, I highly recommend this brand and this company. My understanding is it can also provide heat therapy, I have not used it for that yet so I can’t comment on that part of it but as far as cold therapy, I would give it 10 stars if I could.
