I have other HurtSkurts, which were wonderful for my knee replacements. I was excited to see one recommended
for shoulders (rotator cuff tear), but was sorry to find that it was way too small! I’m not a tiny woman, but I’m not a big man either; surprised it was as small
as it is.

Only improvement would be if it came with the option of 3 "pods" wide.

You don’t have to wait until you can sit or lie down. You can zip it on and walk around doing everything you need to do. Or you can sit and do things without it falling off or having to try to keep it in the correct place. Have one for both knees and both elbows! Need to buy more backups! Love it!

I found hurtskurt to be more soothing with the ice wrapped around my ankle than when I just laid an ice pack directly on the ankle. My friend lent me hers, and I ordered my own. Efficient and well designed.

I’ve been using various things for icing my joints (freezer blocks, bags of ice cubes, frozen vegetables) but the zippered hurt skurt is so much better and more convenient. Not only does it fit around the entire joint, it is flexible and lets you go about your business. I haven’t tried heating it yet, but the ability to do both cold/heat with one item is another plus. I’m very happy with my purchase.
